Our Team

This company was born out of a verse that has been a cornerstone in my life: Ecclesiastes 4:12—“Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.” That scripture has carried a personal meaning for me as a mother raising two boys. Together, we are three cords—bound not only by love, but also by the strength God provides when we walk in unity.

As I reflected on that verse, I began to see the three cords as more than just a picture of our family. They became a vision for how to live and serve: faith, service, and community. Faith is the anchor that grounds us, service is the call to give of ourselves for the sake of others, and community is the strength we find in walking this journey side by side. These three values became the heartbeat of the company.

What started as a deeply personal reflection has grown into a mission: to equip and encourage ministries and organizations so they, too, can stand strong, live out their calling, and leave a lasting impact. Just as a single strand cannot hold the same weight as three woven together, I believe none of us are meant to walk alone. By uniting faith, service, and community, we create something resilient, purposeful, and unbreakable.

This company is my way of living out that truth—honoring God, honoring the bond I share with my boys, and helping others build lives and ministries that will not easily be broken.
